An Aiken native, Lisa is an avid foxhunting enthusiast who has
enjoyed 30 years in the real estate business here in Aiken. Lisa has
been recognized as a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence and a
Multi-Million Dollar Producer. A member of the Aiken Hounds (a drag
hunt club), Lisa is pictured here on her horse Art. She is married
to another Aiken native, Mike Hosang, who is the retired Assistant
Chancellor for the University of South Carolina-Aiken, and is a
licensed real estate broker specializing in commercial and
development properties.
Lisa is deeply involved with the Aiken area and has great compassion
for maintaining its charm. She's on the board of the Aiken County
Open Land Trust, helping to preserve the community's green space for
riders, families and nature enthusiasts. Her history in helping
buyers and sellers is a family legacy, and she brings well-honed
negotiation and business skills to all her dealings. She developed
this ethic from her mother, who owned a successful real estate
company in Aiken for decades. Lisa started to work there early on,
answering phones when she was 12. She learned about customer service
and integrity by watching what her mom did. As her own talents
developed, she saw how important it was to practice
empathy. She
learned that success must be tempered with compassion and to listen
to what clients really want. Those lessons are with her to this day,
in her personal life, in the hunt field, on the trail, and helping others to access their dreams.
Whether she's in the hunt field or just enjoying trail riding in the
Hitchcock Woods, Lisa is always moving toward the next goal. It may
be bonding with other horse lovers on a long ride, or setting her
sights on the next hunt, but she's all about making the most of
everything she pursues. Her preparedness insures a great experience.
Before she hits the trail with Art, Lisa knows just where she's
going - on or off the beaten path. In every home sale or purchase,
she and her team are dedicated to achieving YOUR goals.
